Your ticket includes a heavy hors d’oeuvres dinner and a full evening program.

Individual Ticket: $125
Early Bird Special: $75 (if RSVP is received by September 30)

Auction Highlights

This year’s gala features live, dessert, and online auctions with something for everyone. Online auction opens Monday, October 1st and closes Saturday, October 17th at 2pm.

We’re bringing back one of the sweetest parts of the Gala—our Cake & Dessert Auction! Get ready to bid on delicious, show-stopping desserts again this year!

6:30 PM | Program Begins

Welcome & Heads or Tails Game
- Each guest starts with one bead strand
- May purchase up to 10 additional strands ($5 each)
- Your Game Hosts – Jerromy Cissell with Davin Helmer will explain the rules and lead the fun.
Live Auction by Adam Marshall (Desserts & Feature Items)
- Bid paddles ready; we encourage spirited bidding
Fund-a-Need
- Guests have the opportunity to give directly at varying levels

Heads or Tails: Play for Prizes

Special Entertainment: Heads or Tails – Bead Challenge Fundraiser
Everyone begins with one bead string at their table.
Additional bead strings may be purchased for $5 each, up to 10 total. More beads mean more chances to win.
Each round, the emcee will call “Heads or Tails”
Players choose heads by placing hands on their head, or tails by placing hands on their hips. A coin is flipped to determine the outcome.
If you guessed correctly, you keep your beads. If not, you remove one and hand it in.
The last person standing wins the Grand Prize!
- As a bonus, if the winner is seated at your table, your entire table is entered into a mini-draw for a Table Prize.
